FREQUENT QUESTIONS

To make a return, send us an email to info@sergiofabbri.com indicating your order number and collection address. If your purchase was more than 150 euros, we will book the collection with GLS for the working day following receipt of the email. In this case, he will only have to deliver the well-packed package to the courier, who will then take care of attaching the label on it. Collections are generally made in the afternoon, but we cannot communicate an exact time. We recommend that you are present at the time of collection as a second attempt will not be made.

NB: If your purchase was less than 150 euros you will have to arrange for the shipment yourself.

We will send you a DHL return label to be printed and attached to the well-packed parcel. You can take the parcel to a DHL point closest to you.

For orders up to 3 kg: cost of the return label 30 euros

For orders from 3 kg to 10 kg: cost of the return label 35 euros

For orders from 10 kg to 20 kg: cost of the return label 40 euros

To make a size change, send us an email to info@sergiofabbri.com indicating your order number and the size requested.
If the product is available we will organize the collection of the item in your possession and once received we will send the requested exchange.
You will receive the Tracking of the shipment by email.

ITALY:
For orders over 150 euros, shipping is free. For orders under 150 euros, shipping costs 10 euros.

ABROAD: Shipping varies by weight

For orders up to 3 kg: 25 euros FEDEX 35 euros DHL

For orders from 3 kg to 10 kg: 40 euros FEDEX 50 euros DHL

For orders from 10 kg to 20 kg: 50 euros FEDEX 70 euros DHL

ITALY:
All orders received before 2.00pm are shipped the same day.
Delivery times are 24/48 hours barring unforeseen events and disadvantaged areas.

ABROAD:
Fedex 4/5 working days
DHL 2/3 working days

The discount for subscribing to the newsletter is sent automatically when you first register and not when you create your account. If you do not receive the code, we advise you to check your spam box, as it sometimes happens that the email containing the code may end up in Spam as a result of your email manager settings.

Throughout the sales period, in periods in which special promos are made or for products individually on promos, the discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
