Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation is applied to the purchase of items online on the site. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days, within which the Customer is required to communicate via email to info@sergiofabbri.com:
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
• the right applies to individual Products purchased in their entirety;
• the Product(s) purchased must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation);

The return can be made within 14 days of purchase.

NB FOR RETURNS OF ORDERS WITH EXTRA 20 PROMO:

If by making the return the conditions of the extra 20 promo are no longer applicable

(-at least 2 items - total amount of at least 150 euros)

the amount of the extra 20 will be deducted from the refund.

 

For orders over €100:
We will book a free collection with GLS courier, the customer will only have to prepare the package, the courier will directly attach the label.

For orders under €100:
Shipping and related costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. As well as the responsibility for the shipment itself.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF COSTUMES

If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, including delivery costs (delivery costs will only be refunded on orders over €100), within 14 days calendar from receipt of the withdrawal notice.

 

RETURNS FROM ABROAD:
 Returns from abroad are the responsibility of the customer.
