SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

Dear customer, your shoes will be carefully packaged by us and shipped via DHL Express, GLS Executive or TNT express courier.
The shipment of your goods is normally carried out within the working day following receipt of the online order.

SHIPPING FEES
Dear customer, your shoes will be carefully packaged by us and shipped via DHL Express, GLS Executive or TNT express courier.

ITALY:
For orders over 100 euros shipping is free.
For orders under 100 euros shipping costs 10 euros.
ABROAD:
25 euros FEDEX (delivery time 4-5 days)
35 euros DHL - air service (delivery time 1-2 days)


Delivery failure

In the event that the recipient of the shipment is absent, the Express Courier will communicate the failed delivery via email or text message. In the event of non-delivery, the goods will be stored at the office closest to the destination address. After the first delivery attempt, both couriers will send an email / text message to rebook the redelivery. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the shipment will end up in storage. After 5 working days from the opening of the stock, the shipment will return to the sender.

Goods inventory
The storage service consists of the custody of shipments that have not been delivered for reasons beyond the control of Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl.
In case of non-delivery, the goods are placed in special supervised areas with limited access.
The goods will remain in storage (GLS: 10 days of storage, DHL: 30 days of storage), in which the recipient can directly contact the office in charge of the stock to be able to personally collect it from the office.
