Failure to deliver
In the event that the recipient of the shipment is absent, the Express Courier will communicate the failed delivery via email or SMS. In the event of failed delivery, the goods will be stored at the office closest to the destination address. After the first delivery attempt, both couriers will send an email / SMS to rebook the redelivery. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the shipment will end up in storage. After 5 working days from the opening of the storage, the shipment will be returned to the sender.
Stock of goods
The storage service consists in the custody of shipments that have not been delivered for reasons beyond the control of Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl.
In case of non-delivery, the goods are placed in special guarded areas with limited access.
If the goods remain in storage, the recipient can directly contact the GLS office in charge of the storage in order to personally collect them from the office.
