Delivery failure
In the event that the recipient of the shipment is absent, the Express Courier will notify the non-delivery by e-mail or text message. In the event of non-delivery, the goods will go into storage at the office closest to the destination address. After the first delivery attempt, both couriers will send an email / text message to rebook the delivery, if the second attempt is unsuccessful, the shipment will end up in storage. After 5 working days from the opening of the stock, the shipment will be returned to the sender.
Goods stock
The storage service consists in the custody of shipments that have not been delivered for independent reasons by Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl.
In the event of non-delivery, the goods are placed in special supervised areas with limited access.
The goods will remain in storage (GLS: 10 days of storage, DHL: 30 days of storage), in which the recipient can directly contact the office in charge of the stock in order to personally carry out the collection at the office.
