Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl accepts the following forms of payment:
- Credit card
- PayPal account
- Bank transfer
Payments by bank transfer
By selecting this method you will receive the bank details by e-mail at the time of purchase confirmation.
Paying by bank transfer, the goods will be sent only after verifying that the credit has been credited to our bank account.
However, we recommend that you send the bank's accounting copy by e-mail in order to reserve the purchased goods in your name.
The reason to be reported on the bank transfer must indicate:
- Your order number
- Name and Surname of the originator
If payment is not received within 5 days of order confirmation, the order will be considered automatically cancelled.
For orders placed by bank transfer, the refund will be made within 5 days of receipt of the return.
Payments by credit card through the Paypal circuit
Credit cards from the Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro cards are accepted.
This includes CartaSì, BancoPosta credit card, Postepay card, Aura card and all other credit cards bearing the Mastercard, Visa or American Express logo.
Credit card details are managed directly by the Bank.
Payments via PayPal
PayPal is an online payment system that provides for the opening of an account through the PayPal site itself.
Concluding a purchase with this type of payment, the PayPal site page will be displayed.
You will need to enter your e-mail address and password for your PayPal account.
After registering, it is possible to proceed with payments via PayPal also for subsequent purchases without having to re-enter your data. In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the conclusion of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page.
The amount relating to the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition.
In the event of cancellation of the order, either by the customer or in the case of non-acceptance by Sergio Fabbri Calzature, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
Order cancellation is possible until the order has been processed. The order status is clearly visible in the "My Purchases" area and can no longer be canceled if the indication "Order processed" appears.
At no time during the purchase procedure is Sergio Fabbri Calzature able to know the Customer's financial information. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted.
None of Sergio Fabbri Calzature's computer archives contains or stores such data.
For each transaction made with the PayPal account, the Customer will receive a confirmation email directly from the PayPal circuit.
Information regarding payment by Credit Cards for those who DO NOT have a Paypal account
Even if you don't have a Paypal account, but you do have a credit card, you can still pay through the Paypal site:
- select the "Paypal" payment method at the time of purchase
- select the link: "continue payment", located under the bold text: "Don't have a Paypal account?"
- on the next page you can enter your credit card data, thus completing the purchase procedure.

Sergio Fabbri Calzature informs its kind customers that, if the items purchased with advance payment are not available, the entire amount already paid will be refunded immediately.

8) Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal as required by current legislation is applied to the purchase of items online on the site. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days, within which the Customer is required to provide notice by registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
• the law applies to individual Products purchased in their entirety;
• the purchased Product(s) must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation);
• transport costs relating to the return of the Product are free for orders over 100 euros, otherwise they are charged to the Customer;
• the Return is under the full responsibility of the Customer.
If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl will reimburse the Customer for the full amount already paid, including delivery costs (less any cash on delivery costs), within 14 calendar days of receipt of the notification of Withdrawal. The refunded amount will be net of the costs for the Return of the Products, which will be charged to the Customer.
a) Legal guarantee for the consumer
The Consumer, as defined in the art. 3 of the Consumer Code (hereinafter, "Consumer Code", Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206), has the right to make use of the legal guarantee provided for by the Consumer Code itself in articles from 128 to 132.
This Guarantee requires, among other things, that the Consumer, under penalty of forfeiture, notifies Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl of any lack of conformity found by the consumer in the product purchased within 2 (two) months of discovery (art. 132, Code of Consumption).
Following this communication, the Consumer will have the right to request the repair or replacement of the Product, without prejudice to the other rights established by law in favor of the Consumer.
The above legal guarantee is valid for a maximum period of 2 (two) years from the delivery of the product. Beyond this term, therefore, Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl will not be responsible for the lack of conformity found by the consumer.
In the event of replacement or repair of the Product, the terms of the guarantee relating to the Product given in replacement or resulting from the repair are the same as for the original product. Therefore, the total two-year duration of the legal guarantee will in any case start from the Delivery of the original product.
In any case, for the regulation of the legal guarantee, please refer to the provisions of the Consumer Code referred to in articles 128 and following.
b) Legal guarantee for non-consumer customers
The non-consumer customer, as defined in art. 3 of the Consumer Code, has the right to make use of the legal guarantee provided for in the Civil Code.
This Guarantee requires, among other things, that the non-Consumer Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, notifies Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl of any lack of conformity found in the product purchased within 8 (eight) days of discovery.
The above legal guarantee is valid for a maximum period of 12 (twelve) months from the delivery of the product. Beyond this term, Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl will not be held responsible for any lack of conformity found by the non-consumer customer.
In order to take advantage of the guarantee, we recommend that you show the proof of purchase.
10) Treatment of personal data
The Customer's data is processed by Sergio Fabbri Calzature Srl in compliance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information provided in the specific "Privacy information" section.

This contract is regulated by the Italian law. In the case of a consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer will have jurisdiction, if located in Italy. For any other controversy, however, the Court of Rimini will be competent.
